    We make the Carbide Rods and Carbide Blanks with Weldon Flat as per the DIN A and B standard.  The Weldon flat is a flat region on the shank of a tool. When inserted into a Toolholder, the flat on the shank is secured by set screws within the holder’s body. Using this flat, a set screw holds the tool securely and prevents rotation during milling.

             Our h6 ground carbide rods with weldon flat can be CNC machined into the milling cutter directly, you dont' need to proceed on other  no-needed procedures ( like h6 grinding , flat grinding and weldon flat grinding), you can use all your time and attentions to your tools!
