OD 4.5 mm  Miniature Carbide Sleeves or Bushings  

        Rydmet Carbide People (China)  has sucessfully developed a thin wall ( 0.25 mm thickness) Miniature Carbide Sleeves/Bushings for its clients overseas, the Outer Diameter of the Carbide Sleeve is just 4.5 mm and the inner hole is 4.0 mm, that is the wall thickness is just   0.25 mm.

  These are very small carbide sleeves, you can see the weight, unit weight is very light, just 0.26 gram.

The most difficulty is the thickness of the wall,  you can see the wall (thickness) is just 0.25 ( you can see the OD is 4.5 and the id is 4.0 mm, that is the wall thickness is just 0.25). it is very difficult to make, but we challenged for our clients and made them successfully.

At first, we don’t have the confidence to made them, we finally make them successfully.
